Graeme Carr, Managing Director
Graeme attributes his success to building strong relationships with key customers to create the right gift ranges and his extensive, 26 year industry knowledge. He was approached by Paladone in 2004 and later became MD, leading two subsequent MBO’s. Paladone has since gone from strength to strength – becoming a debt free business by 2014.

Yann Le Bouedec, Commercial Director
Yann has always had a passion for product design and invention. He started work in the toy and gift industry over 10 years ago and has invented and developed 100’s of innovative products in that time. He moved to Paladone to head up a fantastically talented product development team with the mission being to create great products which exceed customer expectations.

Gavin Meeks, Supply Chain Director
Gavin brings 18 years experience of sourcing and buying out of Asia and other overseas markets to Paladone. He offers considerable knowledge and expertise in manufacturing, negotiation and compliance.

Mark Taylor Operational Director
An experienced company director . Over 20 years of global experience heading and responsible for the company’s logistics across numerous countries especially within the FE working for UK (FTSE250) and Chinese PLC quoted companies .In addition with extensive experience in global product sourcing , finance and general management at CEO level Mark joined Paladone in June 2016 to develop and lead their global operations team to meet the requirements of the company successful significant sales growth across the globe.

Nicky Calladine , HR Director
Nicky has over 20 years experience in HR, training and health and Safety management, bringing knowledge and experience from large retail organisations and the SME environment. Nicky joined Paladone in 2013 and has been instrumental in shaping the organisation structure and people strategy as the company continues its evolutionary journey through growth.

Steve Fleming , Finance Director
Steve is responsible for financial management and strategy at Paladone and brings over 15 years’ experience as a Finance Director of growing businesses across a range of sectors. He joined the company in September 2017 and is looking forward to leading the finance function on the next phase of the company’s journey.
